Semantics, isn't it? A lot of us hang our hat lately on those Texas wins. BYU
gets a lot of credit for them just based on who Texas is. Granted they were ranked both times BYU played them, but they did not end up anywhere near ranked when the season ended.
If BYU wants to claim big time opponents based on name or conference status, then so can Utah, IMO.
