I think the following teams would be favored in a neutral site:

tOSU, Baylor, TCU, Bama, Clemson, Stanford, LSU, Oklahoma, UCLA, USC, TAMU, Florida, Florida State, and Ole Miss.

The current AP rankings are typically who "deserves" to be where they are, not necessarily who is better when money is on the line . . . Which is how it probably should be. Rankings based on betting lines would be pointless because it's not results on the field. Utah does have a good resume thus far, but there are a lot of other really good teams with good talent and good coaching.
