We've got a bye the week before (which is good for getting healthy but not always great for maintaining rhythm/flow) and Wagner the week before that, so there's definitely a chance we won't be at our sharpest. It will also be the first time we'll be on the road since the UM game more than a month before, and it's a 9:30 Mountain kickoff. Add to that the fact that San Jose State's strength appears to be pass defense (they held Auburn's QB to just over 100 yards passing on Saturday), and right now I don't like the looks of this. Hopefully we'll really have things humming by then, because if not, this is exactly the kind of game that this coaching staff could trip over (see 2012).
