The Takitaki call this week and the call against UCLA vs BYU (should have been a personal foul but no targeting) were pretty weak. The alleged foul by Kafusi was even weaker. The worse hit I've seen this year was by Memphis against Cincy and they didn't even uphold the penalty on that one. The hit on Jurgens seemed to be a textbook example but no call was made.

From what I've seen from watching far to much college football is that the only consistency is that the announcers will support whatever call is held up in the booth.
