My sons pee wee football team is emphasizing hitting

They dress in full pads every day for the rest of the season and its full pads with aggressive hitting. If they lose a game in the playoffs the other team will know they just beat a very aggressive football team.

Are they not worried about injuries? If a starter goes down we're in trouble.
