Might be looking at a refi... Have a couple questions.

I looked at Lending Tree but it didn't tickle my feelgoods. It seemed more like a scam to get my personal information. Is there a good place to look at multiple options? Broker? Website? Banks? Located in the Denver area, if that makes a difference.

Second, do you need a down payment on a refi? We're currently significantly cash-positive and would prefer not to put down money down.
