WE have a national and international base to recruit from. It's WELL documented on this board that we lose out on quality LDS kids fairly regularly because our recruiting doesn't identify them fast enough.

Recruiting nationally is tough because it's easy to miss kids who could play for us. How do we do it now? Maybe our system right now is pretty good, but I'd like to know how BYU searches the country for every possible decent, worthy, lds prospect and still finds time to recruit non-LDS and internationally.
