do QBs have to throw where they are looking?
It seems that Mangum had MM in the end zone when he completed a pass to Juergens shy of the first down in the 3rd quarter.
Can a QB look in Juergens direction, see the seam route open out of the corner of his eye and then decide to throw it to the seam while looking at the sideline?
Like a no look pass in basketball? Or is that too risky because you don't know what's coming on the weak side.
