He recruited me when he was still at UNC- Chapel Hill. I still remember the conversation in his office on my official visit, like it was yesterday. He was the most honest, sincere recruiters (besides Lavell) I had the pleasure of meeting. I have always liked him and watching him go through what he did at Texas was tough. Glad he landed on his feet.
