Don't know what I should do about an issue with management.
I've been working on this project for the last two years that I haven't finished and I've only got a short time left to do it before I leave.

There are plenty of guys with the exact project and to management the individual results don't matter. As long as the collective completes a lot of the projects we usually come out ahead. However, some outside the company seem to really put a lot of stock into how many of these projects we finish individually.

My problem is some guys have finished their project many times over and at times I think management has it out for me (and some members on our team) and open doors or coordinate things in a way that some guys finish lots of projects, even guys with skills/experience far below others.

Any ideas how I can punch at least one of my projects across the line w/o managements help?
