I had to replace my Jetta's catalytic converter in order to pass emissions
I also had to pay 2.5 years of registration in California. I was registering my car in Colorado, but apparently im not allowed to do that.

Between the cost to replace the catalytic converter ($2000+), paying for 2.5 years of registration and late fees I decided to just buy a new car
