Bought them as a toy. The App works "OK." Wife hates them. I am going to put them in the movie room for mood setting. Actually like them for winding down at night with my Echo playing a little Chopin or Gordon Lightfoot (yes, I said Gordon Lightfoot). Don't mortgage your house to get them. They are purely a toy at this point, but fun to play around with.

I am trying to bridge Echo with Hue lights, so then I can say "Alexa, set lighting to sleep scene, play Chopin, and set room temperature to 72 degrees." Presently, I'm not even close. But I can ask Alexa/Echo for the time and she's really good at that. Love the Echo. Almost a real useful tool.
