You situation the debate would be Michigan vs OKLAHOMA State for the fourth spot. I think it would look like this. 1. Alabama 2. Notre Dame 3. Clemson 4. Michigan 5. Oklahoma State Committee gives conference champions an extra bump and non conference champions will fall because of lack of extra game.
