It's odd to me that conservatives are in favor of tort reform ...
... I always thought conservatives were in favor of protecting liberty and individual rights, and looking out for the little guy. Why restrict access to the civil justice system?
The only place where an injured person could ever have the same standing as a large corporation like Porsche is in the courtroom. Why would a conservative want to restrict that?
