It may sound confusing but...

When doing a self assessment to determine how skillfull your are at evaluating D1 coaches...

The Kruger-Dunning Effect, extrapolated to this situation, says that those least skilled in coach evaluation would tend to overestimate their own skill in coach evaluation.
