are the types who actually care more about the image of the team (firesides, HC issues, etc.) than they do the product on the field. That's not to say that they don't care about the product on the field, but ... I think we're talking about general authority type guys who don't freak out about losing a football game or two as long as the team is portraying the university and the Church positively.
