We lived at Costa Verde Apts in UTC area

Great area but not very close traffic wise to El Cajon. We paid 1250 for a 1 BR but that was the discounted rate. After the first year it was 1400.

1,200-1,400 a month? Yeah. Good luck. My suggestion on areas to avoid would be basically anywhere
