We will never get to where we want to be, consistent top 20, top 10 rankings.

Losing guys like Ngata, Teo, Mama, Juarez, etc. are the difference between where we are now and where we need to be.

Same goes for BB. If we want to go deep in the tourney we need Frank Jackson and we need Jabari Parker.

While I think a change of coaches to Kalani will help a bunch, I don't think it's enough, by a long shot. We need P-5 status coupled with Kalani's recruiting.

Until that happens I expect nothing more than what we've seen the last 15 years.
