Granted it's been a few years, but we signed up in murray and when they came to install it ended up with a giant 4x6ft peice of plywood in our garage with several boxes and a rats nest worth of wires everywhere. Hopefully they've made some equipment changes since but maybe ask to see a current customers setup first. It looked like I was running a small tech company out of my garage
