Your quoting of "educatedness" of entire state populous is irrelevant to the education he would receive at UA.
And two of the metrics in those figures you link are based on income levels, which heavily favor states with high real-estate values and high cost-of-living (similar companies and national chains pay people MUCH more to work in states/cities with higher cost-of-living than they do in more affordable states).
Maybe I'm missing something, but please explain to me how the education level of "the FAN BASE in general" affects a student's college education.
