It was a 17 hour shift. I've worked that long before but it wasn't taking care of patients the whole time. This was different since I did have patients the whole shift.

Maybe I'm getting old but that was pretty rough. I'm off from work today and even with 7 hours of sleep I'm still exhausted. I'll have to let my boss know I can't do that again unless she's desperate.
