Its not too late to quit and go to dental school instead! I graduated from BYU
9 years ago and still have a year of residency to go plus a fellowship. My friends that started dental school the same year I started medical school have now been in practice over 4 years and all have big houses and work 8-5 with no weekends making 200K+ while my student loan interest keeps adding to my principle.

But seriously my friend, my advice to you is to RELAX. The idea that studying for the MCAT means you can't have a life and can't even check cougar board is way off. If you're serious about medicine, you're going to spend a minimum of 7 years after undergrad between Med school and residency and possibly much longer depending on your specialty. There will ALWAYS be another test to study for that seems super important. The MCAT is actually a very short test compared to the many USMLE and board exams you have ahead. To survive this, you've got to learn to enjoy life despite the tests. Don't say to yourself "I'll relax after this test" because the tests will never end in medicine. I remember thinking "if I can just get a good MCAT score and get in Med school then I'll be fine." Then when that all worked out great, I found out that to get into a competitive specialty you have to get a great score on USMLE step 1 (essentially the MCAT for residency applications) and the cycle started over again. You've got to learn to live your life despite tests, 24 hour call shifts, 80 hour work weeks, etc.

So relax my friend. The MCAT will be fine. Enjoy the big 12 madness. As someone who has been in your shoes, that's my advice.
