Sons, we live in a world that has inside information. And that inside information has to be guarded by men with CougarBoard accounts. Who's gonna do it? You nashty? You, TNT? We have a greater responsibility than you can possibly fathom. You weep for false information and you curse the Big 12. You have that luxury. You have the luxury of not knowing what we know: That the Big 12's expansion, while inevitable, is a total mess. And my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, is absolutely necessary for El Jefe's survival.

You don't want the truth. Because deep down, in places you don't talk about in Elder's Quorum, you want me to provide inside information, you need me to provide inside information. We use words like 'source,' 'HT companion' or 'insider'...we use these words as the backbone to a life spent gathering information on the Big 12. You use them as a punchline.

We have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to men who rise and sleep under the blanket of the information we provide, then questions the manner in which we provide it. I'd prefer you just said thank you and went on your way. Otherwise, I suggest you actually get a source and starting sharing information. Either way, I don't give a crap what you think you are entitled to.
