King's Landing is worthwhile - a 4-6 hour paddle down the Wekiva River, many turtles, birds, fish, and last count we saw 14 gators when we did the trip during spring break.

Doing it all in a tippy canoe makes it pretty exciting. It's a nice break from the theme park mania, to see Florida how it might have been for the Seminoles and Conquistadors.
