Yes, they could have intercepted more although Mangum probably would have been pulled after two more. BYU was in desperation mode knowing they had to score pretty much on every possession. That allowed Utah to ball hawk. I realize breaks go this way and that way, but Utah's D forced BYU into uncomfortable downs and distances and brought pressure. That's how turnovers happen.

Allowing the opposing team to tip that many passes isn't just a fluke. It's part of the game and can/should be avoided.
