What is the best way to accurately measure body fat %?
I know that they can dunk you in a pool, but that isn't readily available for me, or for most people. Are there any scales that supposedly measure it accurately? Because I don't think that mine is. It fluctuates wildly, even as my weight is going down.

What about calipers? Is that an accurate way to measure body fat percentage? If not completely accurate, will it at least stay proportionately inaccurate, meaning, if I am losing body fat, will it continue to go down, or will it fluctuate as well? Anyone have any expertise in this?
