It's very normal for the home team to have their conference referees. The game
at home vs. UofA will not be officiated by Pac 12 referees. My guess is that in this "neutral site" game there are certain concessions that TH must make to guarantee these scheduling agreements. TH is doing the very best he can with what he has...he's doing a terrific job.
