EntreLeadership Summit with Lou Holtz, Robert Herjavec, Simon Sinek, and others. Expensive but worth it.

I love Lou's motivations speeches, but I think he only speaks for an hour twice during the summit.

I just took a 4 day defensive handgun training course at Front Sight in Nevada.
