Great thoughts. I can't tell you how many times I have typed in a snarky

response to somebody only to pause and delete it before posting it. When I finally hit that point of asking myself, "what am I doing? Why am I doing this?", it changed things for me. Not to say I am perfect at this but it brought back a lot of peace in my thoughts and mind.
