I had a similar problem. Make sure the front and back are balanced
Ice can form where it's not supposed to. I had to raise the height of the front an inch or so to make it level and then within a few days the ice melted and it worked normal again.
Check your fridge's instructions.

On some of the models if you open and shut it 10 times in succession it resets.

When was the last time it was defrosted? Your vent may be frosted over.
