picking "schedule losses", right?
In other words, Vegas identified games that were essentially "scheduled losses" because the schedule was just too tough for one of the teams. They have either gone 15-2 or 13-2 in predicting such games, and they made these picks before the season.
Teams have gotten smart. At least the best teams have- the Spurs (who have been doing it for years and it has helped them tremendously)the Warriors and the Cavs.
The NBA will do something about it. They should be smarter in their scheduling. If they make the Warriors vs Spurs a national TV game, don't do it while the Warriors are on the back end of a back to back, and also playing the final game of an 8 game road trip in 13 days. That's just stupid.
Even if they had played, they would have played terribly.
