Big improvement from year one to year two?
Big improvement despite just returning from 2 year mission?

Didn't those things happen?
What am I missing?

I'm not saying we have the best coaches in the country but all this talk about how Mika's decision is tied to poor coaching, where is the evidence? He improved so much this year he surprised himself.
