I may be wrong, but I don't see guys coming back from overseas getting any of the cash that guys do on their first rookie contract, if they are a high draft pick. Lots of European players come over here for big paydays, but they didn't play here in college, then go there, then come back. Developmentally, that may be true that they would improve there, but for that first big payday I think his chance is to develop as a dominant college player, then enter the draft. He may be at his peak now, in which case this is his best chance. Hard to know.
