It was an amazing way to buy mine
I paid 2k down, 200/month for my Nissan Leaf for 36 months. At the end of the lease term, I paid 7600 cash to buy the car outright.
I paid 16,800 for a car that was listed at 30k.

A Nissan Leaf listed at $30k? Yikes.

No gas, no oil changes, almost nothing to break

It's certainly a fine car for its intended purpose. But I doubt anyone has ever paid a full $30k for one

I don't think buying any Nissan Leaf is winning

Good deals can be had though & can include lower monthly payments
