If you take out the P5 games (Wisconsin, LSU, Miss State, and Utah) you are left with Boise State and a bunch of schedule fillers. Sure East Carolina or Fresno or even Hawaii or USU have made some noise over the years but the other 8 games don't compare to a P5 schedule. The argument could be made that the other eight teams would make a C-USA or Sunbelt level conference (UMass, SJSU, Fresno, Hawaii, Portland State, etc).

Weeks 1-6 are as good as anyone in the country.

Weeks 7-13 are as bad as anyone in the country.
