I don't like OSU, but I haven't been around their fans much. I go to Michigan games every so often. Free tickets if I agree to be the DD. Every game I go to the fans are absolutely awful. Never gracious in a win or a loss. Last year, I was at the Indiana or Illinois game. I don't remember which it was. UofM was destroying them. The UofM fans were taunting and jeering at the other team. With only a few minutes left in the game the refs gave UofM a bad spot of the ball and the fans went nuts. The play had no relevance on the game or the outcome. The game was totally over well before that point. Fans were throwing out obscenities that would make a sailor blush. One may think it was a few rowdy drunk fans, but no, it was dozens of fans up and down the benches just laying into the refs for the call.

It doesn't matter where I sit, the fans are the same. Usually have good seats most games and every time there is a huge group of fans that are just appalling. Totally not classy in a win or a loss.

I was never a huge MSU fan growing up in Michigan, but when BYU beat them last year, the fans were gracious in their loss. They were inviting to start the game. Totally opposite of the UofM. Sad to say, but it has been my experience that a HUGE number of UofM fans lack class at games.
