He played basically three college seasons under three different OCs. And he
spent nearly every offseason at BYU recovering from a catastrophic injury rather than becoming a better QB.
I'm not saying he's an NFL QB but the physical gifts are there and he's obviously intelligent and driven. I can see where the tweet came from.
