full of client employees. He's from out of town, just got divorced and is an emotional wreck.
It is in a work room with 4-5 tables and about 10 people in the room. He asked the guy sitting across from him. It was proceeded with him sort of telling his desk mate how much his ex wife pissed him off and how she had made his life miserable. He said he was looking forward to meeting a woman who didn't hate him. He just blurted out the question.
Crazier yet...the guy he asked is gay. My consultant didn't know it.
I'm wondering if i need to do anything official , i.e. to/at him or to/for the client. I mean, he wasn't propositioning anyone. I know some in the room didn't appreciate it, but, it wasn't like he went on a rant. He just blurted it out. And, he couldn't be accused of hitting on the person he asked, right?
