This isn't Marvel. It's Sony. Marvel Studios has no control over what Sony does

with the Spider-man properties as they own the film rights to Spider-man and all his allies and villains. I don't understand why Disney doesn't just fork out 2-3 billion and buy it back. Sony doesn't even get merchandising out of its characters, just the film rights.
