They are missing several key pieces, hopefully others can step up against an easier NZ side & those out return rested.
Depth is a key factor in deep tournament runs. Players play a lot of minutes in short periods of time. While the US will miss them, it could allow them a break to recover from three games in 7 days that they wouldn't otherwise get.

They will be missing three starters next game dt cards, not to mention some of their other players not on the squad.
