I assume he's doing a good job of congratulating individual Cougar athletes on recent accomplishments; good on him! I also assume he does it in a way that's meaningful to them on a personal level; even better on him! But the rest of us rarely have any idea what or who he's talking about, so his tweets are just clutter. He's tweeting at a specific person, not trying to share news with a wider audience.
