Is it OK or apropriate to tell a potential agent that you want to only use him
to look at homes to buy, but that you're not ready to commit to the agent to sell your house?
I do want to try the FSBO route first, but may go the agent route if the market dries up for some reason. Do agents basically do all or nothing or are they willing to be a buying agent only?
