Bottom line is that understanding net neutrality isn't a simple case of putting
things in boxes: free market good, government bad (which I generally find to he true, btw).

You have to look at the character of the service provided, the potential monopoly power and how the technology works.

You can't just apply the broad truisms about markets and regulation to this specific circumstance.
