Disagree, but your point is a reasonable one.
In P5 conferences most teams have the yips, going up and down, but there are ups, and a team knows the team will come around again. In BYU's case, it hasn't experienced a really good year in a very long time. It is now consistently trounced by its erstwhile rival and is being defeated by significantly lesser programs. That's not what P5 programs experience with great regularity.
