I gained 15 pounds in my first area (Mexico) and lost 23 in my second
Stayed the same weight for the rest of my mission, though one area made it hard with the flour tortillas, black beans and chorizo at every meal

On my mission every elder lost weight and every sister gained weight. Sounds like it may apply to other missions too
