Ingles can't create his own shot and probably doesn't shoot enough, Hood is wildly inconsistent, and Burks is a slasher and is still working on being consistent. So...if those are your "shooters" add in a non shooter PG like Rubio, and voila...you have an inconsistent shooting team. Greatness is consistency IMO.
