I think there may only be one LDS family besides my brother in law.

They live in the Conroe (TX). It will be just a few friends in the neighborhood. aka, a few dads with some kids ages 10-12. So, probably 8 people, 10 tops. It should not be too cutthroat. I did tell him he has to keep it through Christmas when the rest of our family gets there.
