agree. my post wasn't a specific criticism of sitake. I don't know and i dont
think anyone knows if he has a plan in place. kinda looks like he doesn't.
but he might.
i'm just saying what i think is the ideal scenario....the HC should know what system he wants to run (if he's a defensive minded coach) and then go find the best guy to run it.
