I ordered a cow for my nativity scene weeks ago. It was lost in transit so they decided to send me a replacement. Well the replacement was lost also and during that time the original cow showed up. I asked Amazon what to do about the replacement and they said to refuse delivery and it would be sent back to them. Well I refused the package and it should have been back at the warehouse. Just yesterday the stupid thing found its way back onto my front porch. After telling customer service about this scenario they asked what the problem was exactly. The problem is I did exactly what you told me to do and the stupid thing found it's way back to me after a couple weeks and now I can't refuse delivery again.
They ended up paying for a return label but it shouldn't be this hard to return a package I didn't want in the first place.
