The OC almost always also coaches a position (QB is very common, Anae coached
the TEs).
I don't think I have ever heard of an OC who also coached the offensive line. Maybe it's been done, but man, that would be a huge challenge. One coach for 5 positions is already a stretch. Running the entire offense on top of that seems like it would be impossible.
So I don't think there is any way Grimes will be the OL coach at BYU this time.
